  • 1 orange
  • 1 lemon

Peel the orange and lemon and cut in half. Beat in a blender with ginger and some water. Sift the mixture, add the washed and minced cabbage and beat again.

Diuretic juice

Ingredients:

  • 1 glass of ice water with squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 small apple with peel
  • 3 mint leaves
