Detoxifying Diet Eliminates Toxins From Your Body

A large part of the world's female population has overweight problems, even if only a few pounds are accused on the scale. Words like "diet", "light", "regime" and & quot; localized fat & quot; They are quite common in everyday life and there are a number of methods to leave behind so much hated extra fat.

Of course, in reality, everyone should adopt a natural diet based on eating vegetables, fruits and grains. This habit is important for preserving human health, keeping the immune system always strong and avoiding intoxication of the body. In addition, the ideal would be for everyone to maintain a daily exercise routine to contribute to good nutrition.

As these behaviors would be ideal, but they are far from real, from time to time it is necessary to reorganize the diet itself in order to cleanse the body. For this, one can use the so-called "detoxifying diet" which is based on natural foods. Even so, it is recommended to consult with your trusted dietitian before starting any type of regimen.

What are the effects of a detox diet?

Firstly, the detox diet is not necessarily aimed at weight loss. It proposes, in fact, to cleanse the body of possible toxins, remnants of some excesses that the person has committed, whether in food or drink. This type of diet helps in digestion, having a diuretic effect and allowing the rapid elimination of elements that keep the body "intoxicated".

According to nutritionist Sabrina Lopes,? The detox diet, or detox, acts as a general cleanser in the body, releasing it from all the harmful substances accumulated in everyday life through exposure to dyes, preservatives, fats, medicines and other ?

• Our body sends us signs of being intoxicated, such as headaches, migraines, excessive tiredness, muscle and joint pain, digestive problems, allergies, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, memory loss, attention deficit, mental confusion and learning disability? says Sabrina.

How long does a detox diet last?

Because it is very punctual, the detox diet is indicated to be followed for a day or two after overdoing "heavy" drinks and foods. Some versions may extend for about a week, if necessary, always with the supervision of a nutritionist.

This diet is indicated to rebalance the body, preventing the appearance of chronic pathologies or even obesity. When associated with lymphatic drainage and regular exercise can provide excellent results ?, says the nutritionist. "It is worth remembering that each body has its own individuality, so it is necessary to consult a nutritionist to assess and monitor their need and develop an individualized diet according to their routine," he concludes.

How to diet?

The detox diet is mostly based on liquid foods such as soups, juices and teas specifically designed for deep cleansing of the body. It should not be extended for many days, mainly because it should only be used for detoxification, not for weight loss.
